The software is a set of specific rules. Computer software helps the entire computer to run and perform certain tasks. The software establishes the relationship between the user and the computer. Computer software is usually divided into three parts. Operating system software : This software is a major software of the computer, It runs the entire computer. It system integrates with software hardware. Examples:  DOS,  Windows, Linux etc. Application software : Application software is software that relies on OS to accomplish a specific task. A specific application software is used for a specific performance. Example:  MS Office,  Photoshop, tally etc. Utility software : Utility software is software that integrates with OS and performs.The utility software acts as a supporting software for the operating system. Example: Driver,  Antivirus etc. 

The computer is basically divided into three parts. 1. Input unit :  The part through which data is provided to the CPU is called the input unit. 2.Central Processing unit(CPU):  This part of the computer receives data or command from input devices and processes it and sends it to the output unit. The CPU consists of three-part arithmetic and logic unit ,control unit and memory. 3. Output unit:   The device through which the data or command processed by the CPU can be viewed is called the output unit Physical parts of the computer: 1. Hardware: The components that make up a computer, ie the mechanical, electrical and  electronics part of a computer, are called hardware. 2. Software: Software is a set of rules by which computer hardware can be used and served for a specific purpose.
